Where to Get Digital Wildwood Camo for FR 5.56 in MW3?
The Digital Wildwood camo is the second zombies camo players are able to unlock for the assault rifle. The first requirement is to get the FR 5.56 to level 8, something that isn’t too difficult if you use the gun in zombies or multiplayer. However, players seem to be having a bit of trouble discerning how to complete the second challenge. For this, you need to get 300 kills while using the Platinum camo on the 5.56. Furthermore, it seems that the Platinum camo isn’t a camo you can just equip.

In order to get the Platinum camo on your FR 5.56, you need to get a level 1 Pack-A-Punch. When you Pack-A-Punch weapons in MWZ, the gun automatically receives a special camo placed onto it. And for the first tier of Pack-A-Punch, that camo is Platinum. However, players might not want to put too much into this camo, as it seems there is a bug displaying the incorrect completion criteria.
Developers have already added a post on their official MW3 Trello board stating the camo is currently experiencing issues. For some, getting their gun upgraded to a level 1 Pack-A-Punch doesn’t do the trick, while others have observed getting critical kills counts towards the completion. Until a fix comes through, try out these few solutions to see if you can knock out the camo, or simply wait until a proper patch comes through.
