The Rent Please! Landlord Sim is a mobile game where you get to manage multiple apartment units, take care of the tenants and the rent, renovate and adapt the apartments and finally when you have enough money – expand. This landlord simulation is played over time, meaning that you will need to come and play a couple of times during the day. While in the game, you issue commands for various actions you want to be completed, like adapting a new room, and then you simply need to wait it out.

Codes for Rent Please! Landlord Sim can give you in-game cash, which you can use to buy new apartment units and new furniture/appliances. Codes also give you diamonds that enable you to speed up the construction of some of the facilities you’re building and even allow you to purchase ad-free video tickets. MW3 Level 1 Error

You don’t need to worry if you hopped into MW3 only to see your level is reduced to 1. This is part of a wider server problem that is being fixed. Call of Duty Updates account on X (former Twitter) acknowledged the problem and announced that they were working on a solution.

When all is settled, the progress on your challenges and unlocked items should be back where it was. With the upcoming weekend and the double XP active right now, this is the worst time for an error like this one. I can say that the server gods weren’t on COD’s side today.

This Happened Before

An MW3 error like today’s, which hinted to players that their data might be corrupted or lost, has already occurred in December 2023, as you can see in this tweet. Both December and current February errors happened at the start of a new season. This might give us an insight into what we can expect in the future, but hopefully, the team behind MW3 can fix it before season 3, and everybody can just sit back and shoot without having to worry too much!

Who is the Voice Actor for Puck in Nightingale

Marc Warren, a British actor, most likely voiced Nightingale’s Puck. I say “most likely” because there is no official information out there that I could find, but judging by the reactions of the fans and my own ears, I could say that it is him.

As devs of the game said in an interview, one of the inspirations for the game came from the BBC dramatization of Suzanna Clarke’s Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norell, and that’s a TV mini-series where Marc Warren played the Gentleman. His voice in that role is fairly similar to the one Puck has. You can hear it for yourself below:

Marc Warren is known for roles in Hustle, Band of Brothers, Snatch, Mad Dogs, State of Play, etc.

Some other guesses from the gaming community about Puck’s voice led to actor John Hurt and voice actress Erica Mendez. Sadly, John Hurt died in 2017, so he couldn’t have voiced him even though the similarity is there.

At this moment, it seems that Sony has released an update that fixes the issue, and there’s nothing special you would need to do to fix the error 105 on your PlayStation Portal.

This makes me believe that it has something to do with the software that is preloaded on the unopened PlayStation Portal devices not being compatible with recent patches.

What Game Has the Most Refunds on Steam

There isn’t any official data that we can relay to when it comes to the most refunded game on Steam, but it’s most probably one of these:

• Starfield
• No Man’s Sky
• Cyberpunk 2077
• The Day Before

Steam’s official refund policy will allow you to request a refund for any game within 14 days of purchase and if you played the game for less than two hours.

The above-mentioned games were all included in bigger controversies and attracted a lot of negative attention, causing a bigger number of refunds to be asked for.

Starfield

Shortly upon release, Starfield had more than 10 million players across all platforms. Now, even though many players loved it, there was a huge number of those who believed the game was unfinished and asked for a refund. The gamers complaining talked about low framerate, bugs, bad UX/UI, audio problems, etc. Some even reported that Steam gave them a refund even when they had more than 2 hours of playtime.

No Man’s Sky

No Man’s Sky, released in 2016, has had one of the biggest scandal releases out there, with masses asking for refunds not long after the game was available for purchase. Players were reporting that they got the refund even though they got more than 2 hours of game time on Steam, but the platform never accepted this as a rule, and there’s a reason to believe that many players didn’t get a refund this way. However, those that asked for a refund and were within the 2 hours frame (and there were plenty of those), got it.

When asking for a refund, players cited crashes, higher system demands than promised, and even motion sickness due to 30fps or below.

Cyberpunk 2077

Cyberpunk 2077 has a big fanbase right now (like Starfield), but at the release, the game looked rough and had many bugs. Gamers complained about low framerate, lags, and texture problems. The game was fixed and improved with later updates.

The Day Before

The story of The Day Before is one of the oddest ones I’ve seen. The game was hyped to be a survival MMO, thousands were waiting for it to drop, only for the disappointment to arrive on release. The servers were overloaded, the game was obviously unfinished, and all that led to the studio that made the game announce that it was a failure only a couple of days after its release.

The whole game was shut down, and everybody was automatically refunded for it.

What is in Hell Let Loose’s 2024 Roadmap?

New Map and a Better Overview

Interesting improvements are coming in 2024 for Hell Let Loose. One of the most exciting things is the new map Mortain, which is adding a historically important battle in Normandy. It will feature a couple of Capture Points and offer players plenty of street fighting.

When we’re talking about new maps, we have to mention that a new Tactical Map design is being planned so that new players can get accustomed to the gameplay more quickly. It’s still being developed, but as the dev team mentioned, it’s meant to reduce clutter on the map screen.

New Toys

Hell Let Loose’s fans of British weapons will be happy to hear that the Crusader Mark III tank is coming to the game with its astonishing 6-second reload time. What’s best is that it seems that the decision behind introducing this tank came directly from a Reddit vote that devs put up!

Another British update brings in the Gammon Bomb to replace the Sticky Bomb. This toy explodes as soon as it touches the ground, so bear that in mind before using it! It’s still unclear whether it would be able to damage vehicles and, if yes, which kind. My bet is that it will be able to destroy non-armored vehicles like jeeps.

Another smart little rework includes new fire effects. The new fires should look more natural and reduce the performance cost that the previous ones kept on your device.

New Gear

We will see some exciting new gear in 2024 that includes the US commander General Patton’s uniform and the US infantry Winter campaign in Europe uniform. Between these two, I’m more excited about the rugged winter uniform of the infantry because it looks exactly like those that soldiers had in Band of Brothers. If you look closely, you’ll notice that these are authentic uniforms that Major Winters, Nixon, Malarkey, and the gang had.

Purple Heart Lane Update

Purple Heart Lane map had rain effects that were creating problems for console players. With the new update, these should go away, and everybody should enjoy a nice and refreshing VFX rain on the wet roads.

Can We Expect Mods for GTA 6?

Yes, I think that we can expect mods for GTA 6, but having said that, I need to acknowledge that there are some issues at hand. Mods, in general, work on some platforms better than others, which will influence who can use them and when they can appear.

First of all, as every GTA gamer knows, the game is released for consoles first. That means only PS5 and Xbox Series X and S get it on the 2025 release date, and PC players can expect it somewhere during 2026.

Will GTA 6 Be Modded on All Platforms?

If we look at the past and GTA 5 modding experience, then the answer is probably no. GTA V had the majority of its mods on PC, and that’s logical. PC game folders can easily be accessed and manipulated, and even if we forget about the GTA franchise for a moment, you can see that the majority of other games have unofficial mods created mainly for PCs.

On the other hand, there are some GTA 5 mods for PS4 as well, but those only worked if you had a jailbreak PS4, aka the one that is hacked and kept offline forever. Even though they technically work, I don’t know how many people like the feeling of being prevented from going online ever again.

This puts me on a path where I honestly don’t see any GTA 6 mods coming for PS5, which means that even if we see mods in this game (which I firmly believe will happen), it won’t be before 2026. A bummer, but it is what it is.

So, What About the Sex Mods in GTA 6?

From my experience, sex mods are the most popular group of mods out there for many games. Sure, cheats, overpowered weapons, different characters, and vehicle skins are nice, but nothing beats the NSFW mod community. So, I could safely say – where there are mods, there are sex mods.

Another exciting thing is that by the looks of the GTA 6 trailer released in December 2023, the graphics on the game are pretty neat, meaning that we can expect high-quality nude models that come with the game’s sex mods.

Sadly, as mentioned above, we probably won’t see sex mods for GTA 6 until the PC release in 2026.

Thanks to Ground Branch’s True First-Person System, that degree of detail extends to the field. You have full control over your protagonist, from leaning to multiple weapon postures. That’s not just about looking cool, either. Every inch of you is modeled, so if you forget to pull your foot in, an enemy, human, or even AI soldier may just put a bullet in it.

Ground Branch is currently in Steam early access but we’ve been blown away by what we’ve seen so far. Going by the many positive Steam reviews, including the short-but-to-the-point “She’s a beaut cobba,” we’re not alone.

With a possible price rise coming once it eventually leaves early access, there’s no better time to buy or wishlist Ground Branch on Steam.
